Welcome to Citadel Hockey Academy, Nova Scotia's premier indoor hockey training facility, located at 70 Rosno Lane, unit 3, in Bedford, Nova Scotia. Built for players who want to take their game to the next level, our state-of-the-art facility combines innovative technology, professional coaching, and a focused environment for player development year round.

Our space is designed specifically for on ice skill simulation and off ice performance training. Inside, you'll find:

• Skating Treadmill - a fully adjustable, high performance skating treadmill that develops stride mechanics, edge control, and explosive power under close guidance of our coaches. The only skating treadmill in Nova Scotia and second in Atlantic Canada.

• Synthetic Ice Zone - A realistic surface for shooting, stick handling and small area skill development. Perfect for improving puck control and release technique. Our facility relies on the technology of SmartRink synthetic ice.

• Strength & Conditioning Area - Equipped with top quality training tools to build strength, speed, balance, power and endurance specifically for hockey players.

• Parent Lounge & Team/Party Space - A comfortable environment for parents to work while their players train or watch from a bird's eye view. Also, a great spot for team and birthday parties.
